FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Order before 8pm seven days a week, subject to availability, we'll aim to dispatch your products within 5 working days to UK addresses (including the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Skye). We'll delay dispatch if you've requested delivery for a later date or time.

We offer 5 years warranty on the Novus Core Distillation Unit. To learn more about the Warranty, you can do so via this link here.

If you have changed your mind and wish to return the product, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the machine. To cancel, please contact us in writing to tell us by sending us a message here or by sending a letter to us at: Novus, Summerhall, Edinburgh, EH9 1PL, Scotland. We will collect the machine, free of charge, with our courier. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Products and any applicable delivery charges you paid for. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case:

a) 14 days from the day you return any goods supplied, or provide evidence that you have returned them, or

b) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
