Free training
Whilst our technology and interfaces are designed for simplicity, we know that new technology can be something unfamiliar. For that reason we offer free, comprehensive training to all of our installers as well as access to technical support direct from the factory.

That’s why we have a dedicated team of technical specialists who are on hand to deal with installation, operation and any other queries that may arise as well as a full suite of online resources to ensure every IF water customer gets the best from their device and feels supported on their water independence journey.
3 year system warranty
As well as having our excellent technical support team on hand to answer any of your questions and queries, waterOne also comes with an industry standard warranty. This includes a 3 year system warranty as standard. Once your IF waterOne has been installed, you will need to register for an account at account@ifwater.io, to take full advantage of our warranty support.
